LLH external insulation ventilation layer system (dry external insulation method)

A diverse range of materials and a design-rich LLH external insulation ventilation layer system. It combines high stability and strength.

Our company, as an aluminum building materials manufacturer, specializes in rainproofing through our expertise in products such as caps and water stops. In 2003, we developed the dry external insulation method known as the "LLH External Insulation Ventilated Layer System." The external insulation method improves the thermal environment inside the building while protecting the building structure from sunlight, outside temperatures, and wind and rain, thereby extending the lifespan of the building. There are two types of external insulation methods: the dry method, which physically secures insulation materials with metal anchor bolts and LLH support hardware, and the wet method, which secures insulation materials with adhesives such as acrylic resin-based mortar. The dry method allows for the installation of support hardware and battens on top of the insulation materials, enabling the selection of various exterior materials such as dry tiles, aluminum panels, spandrels, Galvalume steel sheets, wooden boards, and stone. In particular, stone and tiles are often used as exterior materials in the dry method due to their durability and resistance to fading, allowing for semi-permanent use. 【Features of the LLH External Insulation Ventilated Layer System】 ■ High stability and strength ■ Compatible with heavy exterior finishing materials ■ Minimizes thermal bridging ■ Allows for unevenness adjustment ■ Smooth construction *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
